How you care for your mind, your body, your soul sets a standard for how you allow others to treat you as well as the impact you have upon yourself. Eat bad, you'll feel bad. Allow someone to act a certain way- to use you for their own gain, to speak to you how they want- that is all allowing them to treat you to the standard they choose. Not looking after your mind, not putting work into keeping and staying heathy- all of that has an impact. When we set a higher standard for ourselves- what we think, do, act feel etc then others see that standard and can't do anything but adhere to it. We are setting the rules for ourselves, what you will and won't accept anymore. It's never too late to set these boundaries and limits. Don't allow another to set them for you. #standard #amazing #life #love #relationships #friendships #setit #goals #dontallow #others #positivityonly #positive #spiritual #spirit #soul #relationshipwithself #self #loveyourself #beyourself #you #us #together #helpful #coaching #therapy #learning #365project #day121

Paying it forward really is the gift that just keeps on giving. Knowing that you have set in motion a chain reaction of kindness into the world 🌎 is something special. This is the message in Harry the Happy Mouse by N.G.K and illustrated by Janelle Dimmet. After helping a frog down from a high log, Happy Mouse explains to frog that the best way he could thank him is to help someone else. Spreading the lovely feeling that you get inside when you help others. The story continues with a group of animals helping one another and paying the kindness forward. The book comes full circle when the once Happy mouse starts to feel down when there is no one left for him to help. This is until his wife explains to him the chain that he has created and how all of the animals he helped in turn helped another. It is great story for prompting discussions on helping others and how being a giving and caring person can not only makes others feel good, but also helps you to feel good on the inside. It was also a great opportunity for us to discuss how we help one another and some strategies to use if we see anyone that may need help. Written with both repetition and rhyme (2 of our favourite literary features), Harry the Happy Mouse is a lovely tale with a positive message that is also beautifully illustrated. Harry The Happy Mouse is available now for iBooks - free through the link 💗🐹

Whether you are making those calls, running around fixing problems, or turn into a keyboard warrior diving into emails (like me right now). Be A Pro! It isn't always fun, but it has to be done. Do it like a pro would. Good luck!
