Rehab gets annoying. Being patient with myself gets frustrating. 6 day workout schedule can be monotonous. Trying to perfect pistol squats to go deeper is a pain in the ass. 🔮 Eventually I get it together because in reality, giving up isn't a viable option (But today I will say a lovely FUCK YOU to this KNEE INjury)
