345x9 @10 for a nice PR on wide grip bench (index finger on rings). Things are moving along well. Bodyweight has depuffed to 221 because bulking is kind of hard when your wife is cutting. 🙈 Maybe I need late night trips to IHOP.

Mind over matter. Squatting after I warmed up with leg curls and leg extensions. I began squatting with only 1 plate-10 reps. Jumped to 1 plate and a quarter- 10 reps. Finishing here with 2 plates. Very shaky but I managed to push through and rep it 6 times. Thanks @aestheticjay88 for the spot. Love you bro. Leg Workout Leg Extension Machine - (6 sets of 16, 16, 12, 12, 10, 10) make sure you are doing a 5 sec negative! Hamstring Curls- (6 sets of 16, 16, 12, 12, 10, 10) make sure you are doing a 5 sec negative! Narrow Stance squat- (7 sets of 12, 12, 12, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8) use light weight and do a 6 SEC NEGATIVE. Time under tension is very important on this exercise. Good Mornings ( 4 sets of 12) normal pace. Dumbbell hamstring curls- (4 sets of 10)
