Around this time last year I sought help for bipolar depression. Bipolar depression is not just like any depression disorder. It caused extreme mood swings, irrational thinking, anxiety, etc. It is also a problem with leading to isolation and, eventually, suicidal thoughts and actions. I sought help after an incident with my brother, when I realized I needed help. Has it been easy? Hell no! But I've been working my ass off to stay in remission. I thank God that He provided me with the right medication, doctors, and support system. It's been a fight and will continue to be. Booty pump🍑 Hammies and glutes on the menu today! I haven't been having the greatest leg days lately for some reason:/ I changed up my routine and still just in a funk. I think it's just a little standby for whatever reason and hopefully I'll get back into gear! Wishful thinking😊 Really want to improve my squat because for a while I let it go. I'm back to square one with weight which sucks, but I'm ready to bump it back up! Slowly but surely I WILL get there!!! Results don't come overnight! That would make for a very boring transformation! Slowly watching yourself progress is truly amazing💪🏼
