Above all else love yourself. Take care of yourself. Use self-care. Its not selfish to take some time to care for your own mental and physical health. It will make you a better person, more productive at work, you will feel better, be happier, less stressed, and those are you will benefit as well😀

"Realize deeply that the Present is all you ever have." - Eckhart Tolle . . . Along with my legs my back has always been a focus. Just to get thicker and wider. I use to hate doing pull ups but come to love them now. And ever since rack pulls being introduce to my regime, what can I say, "Mikey he likes it." . . #LVFT #TEAMLVFT #Livefit #livefitapparel #💯 #pullday #backandbiceps #latspread #fitasian #fitfam #fitspo #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #getbig #inkedandfit #muscle #flex #pullups #rackpulls #gymflow #instafitness #instagrambodybuilding #vibratehigher #dontquit #nevergiveup #chaseyourdreams #liveyourdreams #expressyourself

Trick yourself into into raising your vibration by acting as if it's already high. That's what I did this morning. I hate mornings. Especially ones that start before 6am. But I spread some love teaching a class and by coming from a place of service my vibrations were raised and I felt good. Day 2 of #wheelyfunyogis is #halfmoonpose #ardhachandrasana I'm super impressed with anyone that did this balancing on their wheel, I think I'll try again later! "You need to ignore what everyone else is doing and achieving. Your life is about breaking your own limits and outgrowing yourself to live your best life." 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Focus on YOU and your goals! This is your life! 💗💫 I choose the workouts that work best for me. I'm not in competition with anyone. Only working to be my best self. 💕 #vibratehigher #healthyhabits #fitnesslover

▫️I told my self last week that I wasn't going to give an ignorant comment any power--I'd delete it and move on...but that just wouldn't be me.😉 I did delete it and kindly addressed it offline and was met with...let's call it...'indifference' which resulted in a deletion and block (them to me). This is living proof that your vibe truly does attract your tribe and will deflect those not on your frequency.✨✨✨ ▫️ It got me to thinking how rude people can be even when you approach them tactfully. I realize that anyone who takes issue with my body most likely has more of an issue within themselves--that's it's not about me--but if you choose to say something then don't act surprised when it sparks a discussion. ▫️My entire life, I've been taller and thinner than many of my peers. Throughout this time, so many people have felt it was okay to tease me or even praise me for it; meanwhile, I was trying to grow into my body and accept it. For awhile, I did let those comments determine my self worth. It was especially hard when I was struggling with (at the time undiagnosed) Celiac-related issues and was struggling to keep weight on. In high school, when all of my friends were developing tits and ass, I was just hoping for the best.😄 My freshman year of high school (before it was more common to supplement) I spent a few weeks sneaking into my male cousin's protein stash hoping to gain weight only to be warned that it contained testosterone--oops! 😳😂🤣 My sophomore year I would sometimes wear 2 pairs of jeans hoping to look thicker--obviously didn't work, but it did kept me warm in the winter!😆😄. ▫️In my 20's, I learned to embrace my body and celebrate its health and strength. My body belongs to me and I honor it as it naturally is. It's long, it's lean, it's strong, it's me. I train my body for me and my soul follows along. It’s not right to judge another human. Period. Nobody has any right to tell another person how they're "supposed" to look or what they should do to it--this should especially apply to women. If my body bothers you, then keep it moving! I'll still be here celebrating me.✨😌✨ #endrant
