When in #palermo #sicily arancine are a must try street food snack. These #balls are filled with saffron rissoto beef and peas. We found these at a second generation stand in Il Capo market and they were as good as it gets....crispy outside, perfectly cooked rice and the most flavorful meat filling. @leahscohen @pigandkhao #FRTakeover

Our obsession with hot chicken extended to D.C. this weekend at @crispkitchenbar. It's offered in three levels of heat (hot, very hot and chef's hot), so naturally we opted for a specially requested, off-the-menu "chef's extra hot," ghost peppers included. Delightfully crispy and juicy with absolute scorching heat. Burned so good. #fravorites
