Deliciously simple dessert on our menu this week. itsabloodyrippermate @raechelllla with @repostapp ・・・ Mulled wine poached pear + mulled wine reduction. A melting quenelle of white chocolate ice cream. Candied oats and pistachios + powdered fennel. And meadow sorrel because it's natures answer to Sour Patch Kids and I can't get enough. Sometimes it actually gets cold in LA, and when it happens I take the opportunity to make a dessert suited to the occasion. Usually it's just too hot and all I can think of is 20 varieties of sorbet flavors. winterdessert woodsorreloneverything
