Pump by @destine_nutrition 🔥 Threads by @goldenaestheticsofficial Doing what I love to keep me sane, weighed around 216.5 with clothes on so probably sitting around 213ish but definitely the biggest I've been at this weight. Clearly a little bit of blood flow to enhance the look but definitely enjoying this improvement season.

GoldDust pump in my GoldenAesthtics threads. After a lot of battling back and forth with myself, @terry_fidelis and I decided to pull back and go into a full structured offseason for a solid 6-7 months and put on the necessary size to contend for pro status next year with the main Aim on USAs. I'm not going to set myself on a date but when we feel the necessary changes have been made then we will reassess from there. Currently getting calories back up not that they were too low yet but gradually adding them back in to keep my body fully anabolic and to make some serious improvements. I promise if anything I will blow my last stage physique out of the water. My eyes are completely set on the goal ahead and nothing can hold me back but myself. Holding yourself accountable over everything and anything is important. Yes things happen out of our control but the way we react is fully in our control in every aspect in our lives. This is the time to take what's mine but first I just earn it.

Peep the GoldDust hiding in the back ground! DMHA powered high stim pre workout. I've never been one to rep hard for any supp company but the passion and integrity that @destine_nutrition @team_destinenutrition has shown me in a short time is pretty outstanding and they have some good products to match. Gold Dust is definitely something I can take every day I personally have not crashed from it and have high energy during training when I take it about 15 min prior. If you guys want to check it out go to their site and you can get it there. 15 percent off with my code "tim15" trying to get this product into local stores sooner than later!

Trying to emulate the most classic look I am capable of, I will not be the most dense or developed body in stage but I have control of the conditioning and classic lines my physique will show that day. Definitely have had some curveballs thrown at me but if this was easy everyone would do it. I will never settle for being another number, I will always take the road I'm given and make my way through somehow some way. NPCNationals2017 destinenutrition

I've always loved this pose, Bob Paris reminiscent. He's been a major motivator for me with his style and unique posing routines as well as his amazing symmetry/proportions. Never looking to copy anyone else but to put my own twist on it, the way my style was meant to look. Ita okay to be inspired by someone or something but always do it your way.

Throwback to pre carb load at Jr Nationals a show where I In fact did not place. T-16. A combination of letters and numbers I never want to see next to my name again. This is my motivation. Looking at these photos and studying them and seeing where I need to improve have been my motivation to bring a much better look to an even bigger show. Call me crazy but I'm driven and I will change that placing by bringing in a sharper rounder look. I've wasted no time with making improvements and I intend hammer out these next 12 weeks like its my job.

Trying our best to bring a fuller rounder look this time around, I'm definitely not out of shape but very watery and blurred in these today. I know it is easy to romanticize and say things about someone once they have passed that you may not have said in daily life as it was before they passed but seeing the news of Dallas McCarver passing brought a weird sadness on for me today and it's been lingering all day if anything that right there proves that tomorrow is never promised. If you're putting off fixing things with someone or simply don't tell the people that matter that you care about them enough then don't waste any time doing so. We will never know when our day is going to arrive. Sometimes too soon. You can wake up with someone there one day and the next minute they are gone. Don't get caught up in trivial matters. Show the people you care about that you appreciate them.

As I continue to erase the toxicity from my life, little weights keep being lifted. When in question of whether or not to be the bigger person, you should always take the high road. Don't go down to the level of people who aren't worthy of your presence. Don't let people who don't deserve what you possess, fill the roles that they are not meant to fill. Surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed, not the leeches that drain you of any positive energy you have to offer. Negativity breeds negativity. Know your worth.

fridaymotivation! One thing I've really learned to utilize is time under tension or to be conscious of keeping tension on the muscle being trained. People will often lockout and transfer tension onto their secondaries or instead of being at a fully stretched under tension position it'll actually end up being a resting position. I believe deep stretch and full range of motion are definitely good methods to use in most cases but for me having longer arms if I let my Chest stretch too deep I end up pinning my shoulders back and use a lot of front delt and normally leave the gym with achy shoulders. Since I've learned the mechanics of my body over the years I have finally over the last few months found how to train my chest effectively and without doing damage to my secondaries to the movement. Train smart if you want to be doing this years down the road!

There is no "off" season because everyday I'm working towards something bigger. All of these workouts and meals and doing everything necessary to be great will all add up eventually. Patience is a virtue but so is fucking tenacity and grit. You must possess these traits to achieve the greater long term goal. Keep working hard, harder than you though you could, stay obsessed. Obsession is passion.

Trying to bring some art back to bodybuilding, the true artist and cut from a different cloth style has always been embedded in me. I've never been like anyone else I always dressed different always followed my own style and ways of doing things. I'm thankful for the opportunity to express my true character through my physique, this isn't an art that you can paint on a canvas or mold together with clay but in time you are able to build something through output. Through the output of energy you put into it, much like the tools of an artist the way we train eat and carry ourselves through daily life reflects through our physiques. It's an obsession, with this obsession I am able to create and display my true inner self through the lines and flow of my physique. goldenaesthetics @official

215 is treating me almost too well, time to get things in order and hold this condition (probably need to improve it slightly) through out off-season and really fucking crush my goals. If you aren't willing to work hard and do the things necessary to be successful then this sport is not for you. May as well just do it for the gym selfies and the socializing. You will never be a successful competitive bodybuilder if you are not afraid to push your limits and get a little uncomfortable.
