Đội tuyển Việt Nam vừa vô địch AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 mà ông đã chia tay đội tuyển. Dù lý do ông rời đội tuyển Việt Nam là gì thì cũng xin cảm ơn ông đã giúp cho thể lực của các cầu thủ tốt hơn rất nhiều. Từ một đội bóng bị đánh giá là thể lực yếu hơn các nước khác nhưng dưới sự huấn luyện của ông, thể lực của các cầu thủ đã được cải thiện rất nhiều. Điều đó được chứng minh qua mỗi trận đấu. 🚦 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 ‼️ 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀: 92 KG nach 4,5 Monaten ohne jegliches Kraft oder Ausdauertraining Ernährungspr nach IF (16/8) ‼️ 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁𝘀: 101 KG nach 7 Wochen zurück in meiner Trainingsroutine ❗️ 𝗘𝗿𝗻ä𝗵 High Protein, moderat Carb, high Fat ❗️ 𝗦𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘁: Push, Pull, Beine + tägliches Cardio Mein Fazit; Es geht super vorwärts, deutliche KFA-Reduzierung und die Muskelmasse kommt schleichend wieder zurück.. ❗️ 𝗔𝗯 𝗻ä𝗰𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 werden mal die KCAL leicht erhöht, da ich im Gewicht aktuell auf Status Quo festfahre. ❗️ 𝗪ü𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗰𝗵. Porque veréi, la calidad de nuetra vida no etá determinada ólo por la calidad de nuetra experiencia poitiva, también por la negativa. Porque hacere buen lidiando con derrotas, decepciones y malos momentos es hacerse un(a) maestr de la vida! El problema es que much @s vivimo enamorad @s del reultado, de la victoria y no del proceo hacia ella... y la vida no funciona aí!
