5x4 dead’s at 5 and 3x6 fronts at 7. Dead’s are still moving fast and belt less and fronts felt better this week than last week, still working on hard bracing through the whole movement, but all the core work is helping that a lot. Motivation today was really low but still put in the work.

SNACKS 🍒 - Last bit of food + drink for the day, two thoughts... 1️⃣ any diet that limits fruit + veg should ignored 😅 2️⃣ not all fizzy drinks are created equal 🍺 - 100g cherries + @no1kombucha raspberry, pomegranate + hibiscus (new favourite)...fermented foods are good any time of the day, my preference with supplements + drinks like kombucha are the evening when there’s plenty of food in your system 🤙🏻
