Finished up my 5x5 workout! Exercises were: 1. Dumbbell front squats with pause reps, 25lb dumbbells 2. Standing overhead press slow and controlled, 20lb dumbbells. 3. Deadlifts, 40lb dumbbells 4. Add on exercise was DB side laterals very slow and controlled, 10lb dumbbells. So still in the very light stage of this workout program but because it's light that's why I'm doing very slow and controlled and pause reps to really work the muscles. Before that I did a med ball ab workout Athlean X format style. In this pic I was doing a getup sit-up holding my 20lb ball straight up.
